Questions? We've Got Answers.

What should I wear?

Dress to celebrate! Business casual attire is encouraged, with jackets, suits, dresses, and cocktail attire also welcome. We’ll be under a large tent outside, so there are no worries about weather. Be sure to include your dancing shoes!

Where do I park?

There is a large lot at the end of the road. Park there and walk across the wooden walkway to the large white tent. Handicap parking is right next to the ICC. You should take a left turn just before the Treetop Adventures office to get there.

Can I become a sponsor?

Absolutely! Sponsorship is open to businesses and individuals. Check out our sponsorship options here.

What do I do if I win an auction item?

Items and certificates for experiences will be on hand at the event, so you’ll need to settle up before the end of the night and take your winnings home with you.

Can I bring guests?

We love guests! Click here to get to purchase member, nonmember, and VIP tickets.

Are tickets tax deductible?

Tickets to a nonprofit event that includes food (such as this one) are usually partially tax-deductible. The IRS may allow you to deduct the amount of your payment that exceeds the “fair market value” (FMV) of the goods, services, or entertainment you receive in return. In this case, about $50 of your ticket price would be tax-deductible.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds, as a rule, even if you do not come to the event after you purchase a ticket to the fundraiser.

Is there a dress code?

Dress to celebrate! Business casual attire is encouraged, with jackets, suits, dresses, and cocktail attire also welcome.
